These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by R & J Tree Service Inc... By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
R & J Tree Service Inc. offers professional tree care services, including but not limited to tree trimming, removal, pruning, stump grinding, and assessments.

2. Weather Permitting
All services are subject to weather conditions. The Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel scheduled work due to inclement weather, including but not limited to heavy rain, high winds, snow, or ice. Safety is our priority, and we will always prioritize the well-being of our team and your property.

3. Rescheduling Policy
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the Company will notify the Client as soon as possible. We will work to reschedule the services at the earliest convenience. The Client will be offered alternative dates and times based on the Company’s availability. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Ensure the work area is clear of any personal property, debris, or obstacles that may impede our work.

Notify the Company of any specific access requirements or restrictions prior to the scheduled service date.

Provide accurate information regarding the services required and any potential hazards associated with the site.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

6. Liability
The Company is insured and will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, the Company is not liable for any damages incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions.

7. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the Company’s discretion.

8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
